1. Requirements

1.1 Fishing Pole

You can have your fishing pole by quest or simply get it from auctioneer. It's not hard to make one basic fishing pole but it takes your time and efforts, it's better to buy one if you are not into building your "Handicraft" proficiency.

1.2 Bait Worm

-Normally acquired by harvesting from any "Seed bundles". Plant "Seed bundles" in your normal farm and acquired when harvest. Usually 4-8 worms per bundles
-Simply buy from "Auctioneer" but expensive

2. Labors, XP and Vocational Badge
-information below from fishing in fresh water. Saltwater fishing can be different, and also depends on type of the fish

-Use 5 Labor Points when a fish acquired
-Gain 288 XP
-3 Vocation Badges will be acquired
-5 Fishing Proficiency will be acquired

3. What to do with your fishes

-Simply sell your fishes 
-Or save more fishes to make "Dawn Lake Light Essence". Each fishes have different requirement of quantity to make "Dawn Lake Light Essence" (will be shown when mouse over that fish); 10 labor points needs to make one
